Swordfyre.net

Hey there

Hey guys, Swordfyre here. I'm a newbie remixer and musician, among other things. I'm primarily known through my YouTube account, which I started in April 2008 (although I generally disregard all of my work before mid-April 2009). I get about 50 views on my "Thriller 8-bit" video every day, which I consider shoddy work nowadays because I used GXSCC (it's basically a Japanese-made program that allows you to insert a MIDI file, and it replaces all of the MIDI instruments with "8-bit" instruments.) Most of my YouTube work now consists of video game music remixes and band music covers.

I am also an occasional uploader on 8bitcollective.org, which is a site of retro game music and hardware enthusiasts who make original music and remixes of songs. I'm not too found of making my own music just yet, but I do upload some remixes from YouTube on 8bc (and sometimes I upload exclusive stuff too.) The site is pretty cool, I suggest you check it out.

Other then video game music, I am a member of the PogoTribe (I suggest you check the place out, it's pretty nifty, although there is a lot of butthurt/social exile goin on there), and a hardcore TF2 and Minecraft player.

Coolest story I've ever told, bro.
